The Experience

Winchester combines the best of both worlds with history and an inspirational atmosphere. Fill your days exploring the great blend of eclectic shops, fine restaurants and contemporary bars as well as the famous Cathedral and beautiful Water Meadows. The surrounding countryside has a network of footpaths and bridleways for walking and cycling. Communications are excellent with the railway station, A34, M3 and M27 within easy reach.

Capitol House is nestled behind the Chesil Rectory Restaurant, one of Winchester’s best preserved Medieval buildings, and adjacent to the sought after location of Bridge Street. You are just a stone's throw from Winchester Centre and the popular St Giles Hill offering panorama views of the city.
The property is accessed via a video security entry system which leads to a vibrant communal entrance hall which offers a look and feel of a boutique hotel.

The space itself, is a stylish, ground floor contemporary apartment, located in the heart of Winchester.
